Refund Policy
Shoebill Business LLC
24-hour refund window
You may request a full refund within 24 hours after successful payment only if you have not submitted any formal final assessment. Reading lessons or completing module self-checks does not, by itself, remove this eligibility. Once 24 hours have elapsed, no voluntary refund is available for any reason. Submitting a formal final assessment ends eligibility even within 24 hours, whether you pass or fail. This policy does not exclude a refund or remedy required by applicable law.
Billing errors and mandatory rights
If you believe you were charged in error, charged without authorization, or did not receive the purchased service, contact us with the payment reference so we can investigate. We will correct verified billing errors and provide any refund or remedy required by applicable law. This does not extend the ordinary 24-hour cancellation window.
After the refund window
After 24 hours, changes of plans, lack of use, failure to finish before access expires, failed assessments, or DMV or TSA decisions do not qualify for a voluntary refund. Free retakes remain available during the purchased access period. The mandatory legal rights described above remain unaffected.
How to request a refund
Use the website Contact us form or email training@shoebillbiz.com. Include your name, enrollment email, purchase date, payment reference and reason. The time we receive your request determines whether it falls within the cancellation window. We may request information needed to verify the purchase, but never your full card number, password or security code. Keep a copy of your request.
Refund processing and course access
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider posting times vary; a refund confirmation does not mean the money has already appeared in your account. We will confirm the decision and amount by email. A full refund ends access for that enrollment. Required financial and training records may still be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. This policy does not remove rights under applicable law.
